It’s Official
2Step Dance is a registered Active Kids and Creative Kids Provider with the NSW Government. This is extremely exciting for parents with school aged students as now they have the opportunity to redeem up tp $300 between the two government schemes per calendar year to go towards their termly fees.
Conditions to claim:
- Children need to be between 4.5 – 18 years old and enrolled in a NSW school (including home schooling and TAFE);
- Voucher is valid for the calendar year;
- Only one voucher may be used per term, per child
- Claims ARE permitted for regular dance lessons e.g. weekly dance, drama, singing or acrobatics classes
- Claims ARE NOT permitted for: enrolment fees, holiday camps, ballet exams, costume fees, private lessons or concert-related expenses.
- Vouchers can only be used once. If you have used your voucher for another program, it will no longer be valid and it can’t be used again
- Vouchers can only be used for 1 child; each child needs a separate voucher;
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash – no refunds or credits will be issued.
Claim procedure
1) Apply for an Active Kids and/or Creative Kids voucher through Service NSW. You will need the student’s Medicare card details to complete the transaction
2) Fill out our claim form below to redeem your voucher for dance classes at 2Step Dance
3) Once your claim is approved by the NSW Office of Sport, the redeemable amount will be credited to your next 2Step Dance Invoice.
Active and Creative Kids Vouchers will be available to redeem from January. Once you submit a voucher and once your claim is approved by the NSW Office of Sport, the redeemable amount will be credited to your NEXT 2Step Dance Invoice. You MUST NOT deduct the total value from any invoice, as per Fee Policy the only amendments to invoices are to be made by Nicole or Rebecca.
– Vouchers are only available to students 4.5 years to 18 years old that are enrolled in a NSW school. Vouchers are only valid for one calandar year andcannot be redeemed for cash, be given refunds or be credited any value. Each child is to have his/her own vouchers and will only be credited towards that students fees. Vouchers are only able to be used once, if you have used your voucher for another program it will no longer be valid and cannot be used again.
– If you have multiple Active Kids and Creative Kids voucher we are only able to process one per child per term. Vouchers are able to be claimed for regular dance lessons only and will not go towards the balance of enrolment fees, holiday classes, ballet and tap exams, costume fees, private lessons or concert-related expenses. If you wish to use both of your Active Kids vouchers towards dance classes, students must be enrolled into more than one class to be eligible to redeem both vouchers through dance. The 2nd Active Kids voucher can be applied for in Terms 3 or 4 and will need to be redeemed before 31st December.
Currently available to redeem is 2x $100 Active Kids Vouchers per student and 1x $100 Creative Kids Voucher per student towards your fees.
